I dont think the fundametals of programming in any language could be written vaguely enough to fit in a ppt. Just my opinion, but have you googled it?

Here's one on *just* String I/O that was used in my computer architectures class. As the other responder said, fitting all of C's fundamentals into 1 ppt would be hard (especially if you want it to be for someone who's never programmed and has no concept of the stack, heap, buffer overflow, stack underflow, variables, pointers, memory, etc)
